I had a strange end to my workout last night. I've had a cold all week, but I'm doing better, just a little stopped up still. I had a pretty good back workout Monday night and was hitting chest last night. I did flat bench, followed by incline, then I was on flat dumbbell bench. I did a set of 6 with the 75's pretty easy and went to the water fountain for a sip. Then I kind of burped and that acid came up in my throat a little and all of a sudden I just broke out in a cold sweat. I rested a minute and got another drink of water and did a set of 6 with the 80's, but I just felt cold and clammy all over. I went ahead and left and my stomach was kind of upset when I got home, but I felt okay the rest of the night. Could it just be part of the cold holding me back?
