Hate carbs, hate water retention even in off-season... why?

I notice that very popular are Low Carb/CKD etc. diets. It had suddenly become very fashionable. People want to have veins with 5-6% body fat year round. You know... Deca, Dbol, High Test are going away and people take Tren, Master, Wins, high doses of IA year round.

Holy Shit, where are the big Guys in the Gym who weigh ~250lbs and train with fking heavy LBs on bars, eat like horse, and pin old stack of Gods: Test/Deca/Dbol?!

I ll be there soon lol. People these days all worry about there image. Thats why they anit that many real hardcord weight lifting gyms left. So get your weight up and rock out brother.
 
True true. I won't deny I'm one of these poeple. When I first started I wanted so bad to be markus ruhl. But now I would rather be as lean as I can be. I'd rather be walking sex on a stick. 220 is my goal 225 max 8%. I'm almost there. It's big but not retarded un attractive big. (For woman) I mean attractive.

For many people a CKD diet is the best diet on and offseason. Arnold and many other classical bbers (who were using test/deca/dbol) ate low carb diets.

Not me! I have been cutting for 3 months now. Starting to just maintain now. I can't wait for off season to kick in the long esters, not have to pin everyday, and EAT whatever the fuck I want! :)
 
I'm 250lbs. I've been doing cardio and eating pretty clean for months trying to get down to a more reasonable weight and be leaner. I'd rather fit into clothes I can buy at the mall and then look like I'm 270lbs when I take my shirt off.
Lean is where it's at IMO. Not to mention you are healthier being leaner and lighter

Dude I agree with ya I am not big at all but my body tells me where it really likes to be. I feel best around 200 pounds once i get above that I start to feel sluggush. Also my bf% being at 12% really helps also working on getting below 10 and maintaining around 200 lb body weight. Also I get told I look bigger but I am lighter just more cut

Well for me I want to gain about another 20-30lbs of lean muscle but I really don't can't to keep my six pack yr round. But do want it for the summer only and rest of the yr as long I can still see them and keep my bf range from 10% in the summer up to 17% during the rest am good. I being as high as 250lbs but didn't like the look, it wasn't lean try some many to get my weight up with lean mass I can't pass 215lbs.
