Costco screwing over BB

These fuckers brought in smaller eggs and jacked the prices up! wtf.

I use to buy the 60 count for 7 something. It had 8 g protein an egg. Now the 60 count is 10.19$! Not only that the eggs have only 6g protein. Which means cracking a lot more eggs for each meal! I'm wondering if it isn't cheaper to just go to a regular grocery store to buy eggs!?

I haven't noticed but I buy the smaller packs of Hellman's eggs in 18 packs. I'll have to check now.

I use to do walmart. I will have to go check those prices out again. 1.49 for a dozen is a good deal!

I checked walmart today where I live. It was 8 something for the 60 count of eggs. They were still the 6 g of protein ones. I like those big 8g protein eggs.

Did you explain to them that you are in the process of cutting? :cardio:And during this process your body needs to be in a constant calorie deficit. :weight: But while in a calorie deficit you have to remain in a positive nitrogen balance by eating large quantities of protein.:chicken:

Or you can walk them over to the egg isle and ask them "what's wrong with this picture?"... then quote less grossman and tell them to "take a step back and literally fuck your own face" and mention a hobodickcheese sandwich or something.....

At SAMs where I shop, 36 extra large eggs are now $7! They've been as cheap as $3....

I found the large organic eggs at "Sprouts" 9g protein and 1.88 for dozen. I guess its buy your own chicken or start eating more cans of tuna.
Things are shrinking in size and going up in price. I picked up one of those 8 oz soda cans yesterday and felt like I had Mickey Mouse hands. Same price as the old 12 oz. (that's my weekend reward is a soda)
I do buy the Real Egg whites at Wal mart. make sure the ingredients just say "egg whites" Its 3$ and I buy 5 at a time..just a thought

If you guys have Winco's in your area, they have the med eggs, 5 dozen for 5.98, at least here. Walmart here also has large 5 dozen for 7.98. I prefer Winco whenever I can.

I got a winco in walking distance to me, but I almost never go there. They seemed to be a little more expensive. Maybe I will give them another shot.

I have sprouts too. They can be more expensive but I love their produce. I know it isnt covered in pesticides. And I get the freshest fish there... they dont look at me like I'm off my rocker when I ask to smell it.

I buy my ground chicken breast at Sprouts 2.49 lb, I buy my case of Egg whites (6x 16oz containers for 6.88$) at Costco. When I buy bulk eggs its at Walmart 5 dozen for around 8$ (depends on which one I go to).
Take the time to shop around, Whole Foods and I know a guy I lift with who goes to the food bank and buys a pallet of food at a time. They charge by weight not products.

Mimicking Jim Carrey** Go ahead....shop around.
