Liver and kidney protection

Hey guys what liver and Kinney protection you use while taking orals? And is liver aid as effective as liv -52 i cant find in locally.

I use liv52 for liver and for kidney nothing at the moment but people usually use cystone for kidneys not sure about liv aid bro there must be someone here would give better info about liv aid

Good question bro. I know there is a variety of answers between guys. I am using NAC right now, which I like. liv52 and milk thistle are a couple other popular ones.
 
Liver Care by Himililaya which is the same as Liv 52 but Liv 52 is oversees. I also use Uricare by Himilaya for Kidneys and both I take year around. Great stuff.
 
I use milk thistle, works well for me. You can get it at Walmart.
 
Milk Thistle for me as well. I have enough problems with my kidneys due to chronic kidney stones, so I steer away from alot of things kidney related good or bad. Gotta protect both though. Goood question and we all need to be more health conscious.... ;)

i gotta say MILK THISTLE is one of those things where i believe everyone knows its used for kidneys health , but i would bet most guys just say they use it and really don't, I don't know why that is, I guess no one wants to look careless of their health, but over the years i might have seen a bottle of MILK THISTLE in maybe one of my biddies arsenal out of all my friends and all the shit they have piled up on their fridges or closets!

SO i propose we change the name of Milk Thistle, it needs a sexy name so people really use it! Im not saying any of you are just saying you use it and really don't, I'm just saying i honestly think a lot of guys say they use it and really don't!

So i propose here and now , from this day forth we change the name of Milk Thistle! lol,

Any ideas on a sexy name so people will actually use it?
 
Bushmaster. I always add Bushmaster to my stack, sometimes I get up in the middle of the night for some Bushmaster and I can just go to about any corner and pick up some Bushmaster too.

YES SOMEONE TOLD ME ABOUT BUT I READ ALOT ABOUT IT DOESNT WORK BUT ITS WASNT THIS FORUM SO AM GONNA GO WITH UR GUYS RECOMMENDATIONS

Milk Thistle I use every cycle... I used it w/ SD & my liver values were fine... TUCDA (Tauroursodeoxycholic Acid) is another one... NAC will help too. As for kidneys WATER!!! Cranberry & Cranberry extract may help.

And, as far as my kidney stones, the only thing that has helped over the years has been adding in 4-6oz of pure Lemon juice every night before bed. It creates an Alkaline urine instead of acidic which is the pH of my stones. If I dont do that and eat alot of chocolate I will have a kidney stone every damn week!! Sucks. I have a whole list of shit I aint supposed to eat... Oh well...

Anyway, Milk Thistle or better yet, Whistle Weed and loads of water, cranberry and lemon juice.... Yup!!
 
NO!! AAS DO NOT CREATE KIDNET STONES!! I have a genetic condition that doesnt allow my Kidneys to metabolize oxolate forming foods such as Chocolate, Black Pepper, Green Leafy Veggies, etc. etc.

Not much I can do about it except limit those and drink my lemon juice brother.... ;)
 
I have long history of kidney stones also. I just ordered cystone and another renal product from Amazon. Thanks for the question and advice. May even help with my blood pressure.
