I'm 29 years old, 6'8" tall, 295 pounds at 15% bodyfat. I did a test & D-bol cycle when I was 22, nothing since then.
Now that I've got a couple years of good training and have really learned how to control my diet I want to do another cycle. I want to stick with Test E & D-bol because they're cheap and I know I can deal with the side effects, but I can get other stuff though.
I'd like to put on about 10 pounds of muscle and have about 15 pounds of fat to lose. I keep reading that any AAS can be used for any purpose and results depend on your diet.
I know I can keep the diet in check but is it worth it to keep a strict diet and try to recomp with test E & D-bol? Or would it be better to just do a lean bulk and cut later? Or should I try some different compounds?
