Has anyone tried the 'power bodybuilding' training system of mike o'hearn ?

The training goes as follows

Example say bench press would be 10 sets of 5 reps (max weight)

DB press 6 sets of 5 reps



And rest in between is negligible as he says he likes to recuperate before performing the next set.



What do you think of this training system ?


Start doing what's necessary, then what's possible and suddenly you are doing the impossible~
 
It's pretty basic from that image layout. I use to take Wednesday and weekends off and grew well and rested well
