cilis, nolvadex, winstrol and clomid

I have all of these... want to make them liquid at 50mg ml, except the cialis, which could be good at 20mg/ml

anyway, does not really matter, can do the calculations my self...

but my question is how to mix it...

I have BB, BA, PEG400 and tap water...

Tried searching the forums and stuff, but did not find to mutch...

Winny will be a white liquid/suspension the rest will go completely in PG, and I can't see PEG being any different but I haven't tried it yet.
