Yeah I know its been done to death and I searched as hard as I could on here before deciding to ask some questions.
Now alot of the recipies Ive found seem a little dated 04 to 07 and from when people used the 'conversion kits ' available at the time.
For instance even basskillers recipe still uses 'heet' (I can get this no problems) even though Im in Australia. It also uses 'magic solution' and I have no idea what this is, Im assuming it came in the old conversion kits. Plus he does a bit of baking in the oven at the end, is all this still relevant?
Can anyone point me in the right direction (a link is fine, or a pm) as to any new or better techniques? I want to keep it simple as Im green guys.
