clen +eca stack

Im wondering if im going to use eca stack on my days off clen if I need to wait 36 hours after my ladt clen dose before u can take ephedrine?
Took a night codral as I legit have a cold and instead of two codral I had one codral one panadeine with coedine with ephedrine and was only about 8 hours since last clen dose. And I ended up fainting in middle of the night. Poss have given myself mild concussion. Im not sure if it was the clen and ephedrine or the ephedrine and coedine.

Worst part is, legit having a cold and cant take the good cold shit cuz being on clen.

damn man sorry i just missed this, and yeah i would give it a solid day between the two, never heard of 36 hours exactly but yeah give it a day break and you should be good to go brutha
