heat the water with your powder..

ok here is what i am thinking any input from someone that has tried this will help a lot.
Add your BB, BA, distilled water,TNE powder and PS80, heat until it is in liquid form.

TNE suspension 75mg/ml
1.5 Grams TNE powder
2 ml Benzyl Benzoate (10%)
.4 ml Benzyl Alcohol (2%)
.6 ml Polysorbate 80 (3%)
15.875 ml Distilled water

or would it be better to heat bb,ba,tne powder and ps80 first. tne melting point is around 300 degrees correct? and then heat my water just below boil and mix together, run through the filter.

i have always heated my bb,ba and powders with oil and never any problems.

Search the lab forum bro there is a thread there that helps and I have reviewed it, its fairly accurate. If in the future your unsure search the threads first, im sure someone has asked it before.

I have not tried the above mentioned recipe therefore I can only give opinion, I dislike working with test base and its solubility and dust factor is a pain in the arse.
