Personally i think your close to perfection, but a few lbs might give you a more hardende/sculpture look but you deffinately got the look down! :D

You are definitely a beautiful girl. I think you'll do well in any competition you participate in. If you are going for the fitness comps then anywhere between 5-10lbs of muscle would put you right up there with the top.

Actually can I request a pose?? Could u do one of you showing the defination in your back becuase it would be easier to see how much weight you should or shouldnt gain that way.

As far as I have seen, you don't need to put on much muscle. You have a great shape, and a very confidant presence to go with it. Keep training hard and good things will come. Good luck.
 
Lmao. It could be true. Or maybe she is just a dream. Perhaps a dream pasted right onto the likes of this very forum, where man and women alike are in awe of her supreme beauty.

Sorry to rain on your picnic, but yeah word on the street is that "Krysta" isn't really Krysta, per say. Rumor has it that she is a "mythical creature" existing only in our minds.

Like I said before, a beautiful girl, somehow somewhere posed on a towelrack and she is forever in our minds, but we must move on, for he, i mean she, i mean "it" is all just a big "myth".
