My transformation

Thanks! Yeah, no one from high school or college hardly recognize me now.

good process..... I got that dreaded speedy metabolism too, though not as fast as yours. 4-5000 calories a day just to maintain so definitely try getting those calories up.

I've noticed I have to fatten up more to gain. I can't gain muscle and maintain any bodyfat lower than 13-15%. As soon as I hit about 15%, the muscle starts coming. Just a suggestion is mass is your goal.

Good job Tkemp,...that's really inspiring in my books,....great motivation.... nicely done bro... much respect goes to you....

Your dedication has paid off big time! That large of an accomplishment must feel damn good tonykemp. Wish I were that lean!

Thanks for all the good comments, and yes, it does feel really good.

That definetly is motivating to see your physique change that much from the start. What are your current stats? Goes to show what a little hard work will do. . . . . . . .

Current stats are 205 lbs at 9% bf. Legs are still very hard to bring up for me, but I'm working on them. If I can finally get them to respond like my upper body has, I should stand to gain at least another 10 lbs. Sometimes I don't think I look very big, but sometimes (like last night) I suddenly saw--"holy cow, man--you're huge!" I thought to myself, "Is that me?"

Current stats are 205 lbs at perhaps 8-9% bf (I'm guessing), aiming to get to 215-220 at about 7% bf. As I've gained muscle, I've lost a lot of the stubborn fat around the midsection so that's why my weight is only at 205. It's time to post new pics. Working hard on my wheels since they're my weakest bodyparts.

Current stats are 205 lbs at about 8-9% bf. I've increased in size for the last little while but got rid of fat, thus the nominal increase in weight.

looking good bro, how tall are you?

Here's some new pics from this morning taken cold, and I've included a pic of my wheels.

I know my legs don't look very big, but they are strong. I squat 365 for reps. I'm working on them to get them bigger. I've incorporated DC stretches lately, so I hope to see some results soon.
