Okay, finally found my old pictures, so I think it is time to post some pics. I'm starting out with, well, what I started out at. I had just returned home from Japan in 8/91, and this first picture is in 9/91. You can see how thin I am. It's a goofy picture, and I'm doing the "peace" sign because it became such a habit over in Japan (they all do it over there when someone takes their picture). I was barely 6 feet tall at 130 lbs.

I'm jumping forward quite a bit now, to about April 1998. I had been training hard naturally and (please excuse the Snoopy shorts) I had gained to about 150-152 lbs which doesn't look like much, but it sure felt different from 130.

Now we jump to about December 1999. I had been diagnosed with low hormone levels earlier that year and so had been on HRT for about six months. My weight jumped up to 180 lbs during that time though I gained a little fat as well. Sorry, this is all I have of me at that point in time. I don't take many pictures of myself.

The next image I have is from March 2000. It's a quick web camera shot when web cameras first came out so it's in black and white. I've gained a little more mass here but lost some fat too so I'm between 180 to 185 lbs here.

great transformation over the years. it looks like you've got a pretty good upper chest and biceps. lets see some new pics too.
 
I'll be doing some new photos soon, and I'll include leg shots as well. Hopefully I look much better now than that last pic which was in 2000.

Jake, I'm working on getting to at least 210 (if I can get bigger than that, all the better but that's my target for now--currently at 196) at 9-10% bf. I think I've been able to work out what works for me for my workout. Now I just need to get the diet in check. I used that mass calculator at johnberardi.com, and it says that I should be eating 5000 calories/day. I'm getting about 3000 more or less so I'm trying to find a way to increase the calories/protein.
 
Update 2005

With everyone posting pics now, I wanted to post some progress pics too. Sorry about the quality--I have a dumb little 1.3 Mp camera that I use for reference shots to paint from. I also couldn't turn the flash on or it would have washed out the picture so the pics turned out a little blurry since the camera leaves the shutter open longer. Couldn't get my legs either since the mirror doesn't go down far enough--I'll get better pics later.

I'm not sure these pics really do me justice, but here they are.

And the second one...

I can see that I need to bring my chest up more. I'd also like my legs to be bigger too, but they are being really stubborn. All in all, I guess I'm not doing too bad I guess.
