My starter pics are gone. Being exhausted and getting carried away with the delete button FTL. I'm really working hard now, so at the end of this month, I'll post up some updated ones. Maybe I'll have the woman try to get some better ones. Oh, and thanks for saying I'm looking great. You know what I was like before, so you know better than the rest on here how far I've come, and I have to thank you for part of that, for your advice and help. Between you and our missing partner, along with knowledge from the fine people on this board, I think that's what I needed for that extra push past my plateau.

Thanks! Yea, I'm hoping that eating cleaner and actually doing cardio and abs will get me "beach ready" by the 4th of July. I'm going to change my workout a little, as well, and kick up the reps.
 
This was taken Memorial day weekend... I was trashed and every year this kid always wants to have a pose down with me, so this was our yearly front double bi shot (cropped down)
 
Update shot, in the same environment as my first one. Definitely looking leaner in the chest and arms, but those damn love handles are killing me.
 
Checked it out leather, most def improvement from your first pic and in your first pic youre looking massive! You got me by like 10lbs, and I know I have crazy impaired perception on what I look like, but youre 20X bigger than I am.. I have no real definition. My lats are pretty wide and my delts stick out nicely, but I have no upper chest and my arms are just big blobs. You however looked jacked!

Thanks bro!! I'm trying to bust it out. Main reason, we're going to the waterpark on the 3rd and then river on the 4th to go tubing. lol. The wife wants some pictures and stuff of us having a good time, so I want to be sure I'm not going to be too embarrassed. I have to admit, I really can't wait until I can eat more than 100 carbs a day, though. This whole week, I haven't eaten more than 25 per day, except today, and I'm up to 34 right now. I'll finish out the day around 50, which will be my goal for the last week... 50 or less. All while kicking cardio up a notch. I've been averaging an hour and a half per day of cardio, broken up into 2 or 3 sessions.
 
Damn 34 carbs and its 530pm?? If i dont have 34 carbs by 8am i want to go back to sleep!! How do you get up for cardio? Lots of sugar free redbull? LOL

LOL!! How do I get up to do cardio? The night before, I look in the mirror and hate what I see. So when the alarm goes off at 0600, I know that I NEED to get up and go do my 30 mins of cardio or I'm not going to look any better. Then I come home, drink a low carb shake (1g of carbs), and get ready for work. By the end of the day I'm definitely feeling it, but I just suck it up and push through my workout after work.
 
Ok, so today was my cutoff day. I'm not happy. The wife lost her job two weeks ago, and I've been working 12-13hrs a day. So my training has taken a hit due to excess stress and lack of time. So with that being said, I'm going to extend it another month. Looks like she's got another job locked in, and my heavy wave at work is done. So I will be able to hit it hard and make up for the last few weeks, and hopefully make even more and better gains. I'm going to add more carbs, add more protein, and cut out dairy. I'll keep the carbs under 150g per day and I want the protein to be at least 450g per day. Also going to try to keep the fats down. I'll put a pic up soon as to where I'm at right now, so you can see what progress was made recently. Wish me luck, round 2's bell is about to go ding, ding.
