Huge competitive potential. Very good structure and density. Have you competed or plan to? Honest opinion based on my years as a coach and occasional judge. Respect and best wishes.

i competed in 1996 and 2001 as a natural and in bantamweight and lightweight classes under the tutelage of friend ifbb pro quincy roberts...i've not competed since...life is too unstable right now...a .fulltime job will change all that quickly, but times are very tough in my area...if you've seen the documentary "As Janesville Goes" then you'll understand my difficulties here...also i turn 39 in march...my window of opportunity is closing quickly...without more sponsorship it will be very tough to make a serious run

Totally understand from athletes I've worked with and friends who compete. With training, food, supps, contest entry fees, hotel and travel, it is expensive. One guy I knew did not compete in 9 years then finally made a run as a masters competitor. Think you would make a good welter or middle weight. But with the state of the economy, terrible job market, etc. The priority is just to stay afloat. I'm lucky I can at least pay my bills, but not a lot beyond that. Hope things will improve for you.

Ah. I see. I'm not ate up with it but proud of my heritage. Both sets of grandparents. From the mother land. Grandfather had thick accent. Was cool as hell.

well i've been bugged for the last few weeks and lenyn nunez is officially my prep coach now...taking 2013 to fix all weak points and he wants me to be a light heavy in 2014 which is very achievable...shooting for qualifier and then i'll 40 in 2014 so masters nationals at top of light heavy's is the goal...

looking thick brother....your gym looks hardcore...serious gym guys only

actually i'm the only bodybuilder who's competed there...everyone recently switched gyms over last three months when my very good friend who's a record holding bencher (former usapl national team/team titan member) switched gyms...there's a few younger kids who have alot of potential that never competed who left with...it's been dead at the Y since...
