Workin on my Back...

Looks damn good to me. I've been trying to grow the lower flank that comes down the side and finally got my mind right to work it. Deep into the stretch when I feel em start to pull I crank back and man they are starting to protrude nicely. Bent over rows with 315 will stack on some meat too even if you cheat the rep and force negatives.
 
Yeah buddy. Pull ups have really helped spread me out more and gather some thickness
 
Yea buddy mine was so weak when I started back up that I couldn't even do a single pull up lmao. I was having trouble rowing 225 as well. Now I superset some deads with rows at 315 and it's working pretty good. Between that and the drol your lower back will be screaming at you.
 
Yeah my lower back gets some major pumps!! My Side Delts had such a pump yesterday during my shoulder workout that I had to take extra time between sets for it to calm down enough to start another set.....
 
I love it when that happens and it's happening almost every workout for me now. I posted in another thread but I'm going through 3 shirts in a workout now I'm sweating so bad and the pumps are nuts. I can't stay in the shirt after it's drenched it starts to irritate my already irritated nips lol.
