Thought I would share my progress

These are recent pics from me prepping for a show. However I'm not doing the show. I didn't get bf down enough mostly by choice. I was happy with progress especially in the legs.

Just keep doing what Ur doing , Ur on the right track keep it up mate
Awesome effort brutha

Are you physique competitor bro? You look good, what is body weight? Only thing I can see would be to work legs more, another inch or 2 on the legs and your body would be balanced.

I'm trying like hell to get done in body fat right now to get around where you are at, so I can grow lean next cycle.

Actually I was training for a bb comp. my upper body gets bigger faster than lower body. I work legs hard! Calves twice a week. My upper legs have a came a long way though. My body weight is 175. Waiting a little longer be good anyway I can keep hitting those legs and get them to catch up.

yeah i trained legs twice a week pre comps, but i split them up into ham and calfs, and quad and calfs. I think it really helped splitting them up into two days!

Ya I was doing a split leg routine for a while. I may go back to that and try to make them priority.

i think its most important to split them up when in pre contest training mode, really brings out the deep cuts and density when your able to hit them harder and concentrate on just quads, or hams each day

True split quads an hams but even on hams day hit high rep ext an sissy squats an get a good squeeze it will make big difference!!!

Thanks fellas! I started the split today. Quads and calves. Sixteen working sets of quads and 12 of calves! Went up to 335 on squats for six reps. Killed it today!
