A friend of mine won her class in Fitness at the Europa. I'm thinking about asking her to come on here, but we'll see. She is competing for her Pro card in Charleston next weekend. I'm sure you saw her.
 
About an hour and a half a day. Although right now I'm doing 21 mins of cardio in the morning before work, then lifting and 23 more mins cardio after work.

Hell yeah bro, if your taking it up a notch and decide to get stupid lean like stage ready, I for one am dying to see what you look like under that last layer adipose tissue lol, cause you have some serious muscle that will make you look 3 times bigger than your heaviest weight ever, just from bieng super lean, nothing you dont already know lol, but incase guys are wondring why i wanted to see more lol, cause i know the homo jokes are a cumin lol
 
I will be stage ready in a few months. Don't know if I'll get on a stage, but I'll be stage ready.

Dude you really should do it. Not that I have all this experience, I have done 2 shows and it's funny both times I'm nervous and shitting bricks but then you walk out there and all the bullshit goes away. Hard to explain but I love it. I love being backstage with all the other athletes. Just a good fuckin time. GOD bless the Oklahoma NPC

Combo of both. A now ex wife wasn't dealing too well with me and my needs, and I just got mentally burnt out between her, work, and training. I was ready to kill people. This time will be much better. My head is more focused, I'm more motivated, and I have a driving force behind me.
