Ok, so my weight is holding steady at 225lbs right now. Fat is slowly going away. I am going to start cardio today, post workout. Then next week, I'll start adding in my early morning starvation cardio before getting ready for work. I think I'll be down to 215 by the end of the month without losing any muscle. At least I hope so.

The cardarine is doing great for the Tren sides. No night sweats anymore, and aside from gains, I couldn't even tell that I'm on Tren.

That works for me too. Even workouts in morning with only protein in the tank does great. I even have just hit high protein after with oatmeal for 2 hours and muscles still grow with gear but fat melts

Shedding some fat. Just starting to add cardio, so hopefully I'll see it melt off quickly in the next few weeks.

I'm hoping. Over 3 months away and out of the game, it plays hell on your mind and body. But my clothes are starting to fit differently, so I know I'm making gains and losing fat. Tonight is legs until I puke.

Don't know if you have ever tried this but put your bodyweight on the squat bar and do 10 sets of 20. It will blow them up brother

Those circuits with the heavy bar work.
You know start in dead lift come up, curl bar, press it up over head go behind shoulders, then squat, come up reverse everything back to dead lift position and that's one rep. Do 4 sets of 10 added a few times a week.
It gets heart pumping and is good full body cardio!
