So this is me...

Just wanted to share my progress so far. I realize I'm one of the smallest members on this site, at 5'11" and about 167 lbs. I'd like to put on as much size as possible. Unfortunately, I've got a bad knee and can't really squat anymore. I'm starting my next bulk in September, so any suggestions/critiques would be helpful...

BRO YOU HAVE A FUCKING KILLER FOUNDATION TO START BUILDING UPON! FUCK YEAH BRUTHA! YOU CAN REALLY PACK IT ON TO A FRAME LIKE THAT WITH LOW BODY FAT LIKE THAT AND WHAT LOOK TO BE GOOD GENETICS!

SO JUST EAT AS HARD AS YOU TRAIN AND IT WILL ALL COME TOGETHER!

Great physique bro.
It will be easy to pack on some lean mass.
Obviously all the brothers and sisters will help with any questions you might have or come up along the way.

Thanks for the motivation and encouragement, bros - it helps a lot! Now I just need to get into the "eat big" mind frame!

That's definitely a good foundation to build from. That's what I heard when I started lifting and using supplements and it definitely did me right.
Follow the advice, eat and train like a fucking beast.

the leaner you are the better off you are when you start a bulk, certain items that help you gain weight are much more effective when you are lean.

Remember this slow and steady wins the race. Everyone wants to get huge, why? Most of the population thinks your current body is perfect.

Don't get caught up in the numbers/weight game. Who cares what you weight, do you look good (only you can answer this)? Keep pushing, learning about your body type. For years I tried to fight my body; it can be done through chemistry. I am much happier working with my body then fighting it. It like to be lean when it is hot out and heavier when it is cold..................so diet in the summer/bulk in the winter.

well said bro! well said!!!

looking on point my man....like everyone said, great foundation to work with...you look great now but put on 25 lbs....beast...good luck

Focus on food an training to get that foundation. Don't just rely on gear

Thanks for the advice! I've only done one small cycle (200 mg/wk test c/10 wks) a few months ago and want to refine my diet/training before starting another. I eat pretty clean, but I know I can do better and eat more.

I agree with gyus that you have great foundation, want to advice you only better, faster, stronger :flex:
Healthy food and training will do their job!
Good luck!:gold:

You look awesome Bro. Much better than your stats would indicate. It's all about the mirror.
