North American Championships

Thanks brothers I feel like I'm about to have a salt baby lol. I've grown 2" at the bellybutton lol.
 
The show is the 31st, 1st, 2nd and 3rd so 4 days but I compete on the first day the 31st. Just did my first cardio session today and whew it was hot out there on the asphalt cruising up and down the hills. More chicken, olive oil and tomatoes going down the hatch now then one more meal before workout. Suns out Guns out time to swell em up.

First cardio session done in the extreme heat and holy hell I'm tired. 5 days out and feeling like I got hit by a truck but we keep on digging. More food then off to the gym for some chest and back action.
 
keep your eye on the prize big dawg....you got this.....if it was easy then everyone would be doing it.....you're elite brutha and only the elite persevere through the hard times and come out on top.....win or lose you're deadication cant be beat.....keep grinding...rise up
 
Thanks for the motivation E I'm staying the course brother. I see the light at the end of the tunnel and I know I'm doing everything I can day in and out. Going to stay relaxed and keep the anxiety away and make what I want to happen become a reality.
 
Well here we go I've done my first cardio session and my last workout now one more cardio session to go. I fly out in the morning headed for Pittsburgh and check in tomorrow evening. Getting all my things together now for the trip. Really excited can't wait to hit that stage for pre judging. I will check in here through the day tomorrow and show day and evening to let everyone know what's going on. Try to get some pics of some hotties also for Leatherhead.
 
I'm going alone but I will try. There will be lots of pics and videos from this show on the NPC site right after the show I'm sure.
 
First challenge on Wednesday morning is to win my height class. If I pull that off I will go against probably 6 other height class winners for the Class C overall. Top 2 get their pro cards, it's go time baby.
 
Entering a contest where the word pro card even gets throwed around is badass masher congrats brother. Now go take that bitch.

Good luck! I wonder if this is the same one my buddy Jeff will be doing :) Pretty sure he is 4 days out right now
 
Good luck Masher!! A friend on mine is also up there today. Big Kevyn. He's in the 50+ class. He should get his pro card this time. It would be awesome if you did, too!
