wk 3 IGF update

I'll recap...

BW 282 w/ abs. started at 100mcg daily for 3 days but couldn't handle the nausia and headaches. dropped it to 50mcg in split dose for 3 days then dropped to 30mcg.

wk 2 added propinate at 1200-2000mg weekly, EQ 1000mg weekly, finajet 300mg E3D, deca 800mg weekly, slin 10iu morning and post workout. BW didn't change in the first week. gained 15 pounds the last 8 days. been eating like a machine. 4 solid meals plus 6-7 1000+ cal shakes.

I've been enhanced for 5 years. Have gained a total of 130 pounds since I started lifting. have gained 70 pounds since begining AAS usage. I was 7.5% BF @272 2 months ago. My goal is to get up to 315 before leaning out to 290.

I will start GH in a couple days.

I have never made these kinds of gains. I've been over 3g test, and 6g total weekly oil, plus 150mg anadrol and 100mg winny daily and didn't grow like this. IGF-1 is the shit. I am very familiar with my body and how it reacts to different stimuli. IGF-1 is not a wonder drug, but it is an awsome part of any athletes arsenal without a doubt. the more I eat the better I feel. and I'm hungry all the time.

I compete 1-3 times a month.

this is a light cycle for a pro guys. I'm not even taking any orals. I'll hit it hard in about 6 months. 40mg day halo, 100mg day anadrol or d-bol, shit load of oral test suspension, 15 andriol daily, and I'll start shooting winstrol-v at 100mg daily, masteron 75mg daily, and I'll double everything else that I'm currently taking.

headaches were real bad @ 100mcg .

Can I ask a question? How is your health? Do you regularly get checked out? Everything looks good with you bro?
 
How tall are you at 280? you do strong man stuff every month? since ur handle is squatter, i assume it must be impressive. What is it?
 
guys, I'd rather not give out too much personal info. you can apreciate why I'm sure.

I am no insane, but thanks anyways ;) I am quite inteligent I asure you. I get blood work several times a year. Once my potasium levels were too high, which can be fatal. But other than that every thing is fine. occasionally my cholestrol levels are higher than normal, and sometime my blood pressure is higher than normal. but nothing outside of safe boundaries.

10g of propinate powder is only 50.00. who can't afford that?
don't ask for sources, I'm not giving any out.

thanks brother. I've been involved in athletics my whole life. I'm a former NCAA scholorship athlete, I can't remember how many lifting contests I've been in since age 14. Finally things are coming around for me. for 12 years I've been training balls to the wall. I'm talking blood vessel bursting, hemeroiding, bleeding out my skin intensity. Trying my damndest to build the body that I want. damn it feels good to finally be reaching success. it's been a long road...

I have a reciepe for a 2500 calorie shake;

16oz whole milk
12 whole eggs
4oz of bacon grease
1 jumbo snickers bar
twist of lemon

MMMMM MMMMMM...
Drink this twice a day and train hard between runs to the toilet.
If i doesnt kill ya it will surely put some kind of weight on you!

Note: Please dont try this at home.
 
trust me bro, I've tried many similar shakes... haha

here's an all time favorite- one cup peanut butter, 2 cups icecream, 3 scoops complex carbs, 3 scoops protein, 20oz water, 16oz coconut milk, 2tbs flax oil, 2tbs liquid lecithin. OH YA!!!!

Now we're talkin', Baby!

I like to take in food *while* I train, even on leg day. 8^)

1 x XXL Extreme - 1100 kcal, 50 g protein
2 mrp - 600 kcal, 90g protein
-sometimes add a few scoops to the drink-
Creatine (using up an old bottle)
Metamucil

Gets in >=1700 kcal and >= 140 g protein during a 1-1.5 hr training period. Eat again an hour or so later.

Squatter - sounds like yo're putting down nearly 10,000 kcal / day?... What, if anything, do you do for your appetite and digestion?...

ya trying to get 10k ED. I always put down cals during training. often i will just drink milk between sets. always slam some suger right after, then pound on a monster shake.

IGF-1 is giving me a huge appetite. other than that I'm not doing anything except multi vit, anti oxs, and flax oil.

I know Id grow monster mass if I could eat that way.. Share your secrets with a bro , would ya?
 
I'm a pro athlete dude. my training is sic. I burn through the go juice at a rapid rate. don't know what else to tell ya~! haha
