wk 5 update

stopped everything cold turkey last tuesday. BW was 301 this morning, but saw 308 last wed. I was literally growing too fast. growing pains through my whole body. lower back so pumped I could barely walk. today was the first day that my whole body pump was down to a managable level. strength gains today were way up from last week. did a seated military press w/ 365 pretty easily. I'm going to wait 3 more weeks then do another 4 week run with the IGF. Tonight I'm gonna hit some oil, but from here on out I'm planning 400mg deca, 1g EQ, 500mg test cyp weekly. I busted stretch marks across both biceps and monster ones on my lats. Still staying lean. I love IGF! have I said that before?

I'm truly sorry to see you have the misfortune of growing too fast. That's absolutely horrible. My condolences to you and your stretch marks...

Just and idea - you might consider drinking MORE water (if possible) and/or taking some herbal diuretics to keep the water bloat down. Also, watch the sodium intake (woudln't be surprised if its high in those 1000 kcal wt. gainers you drink) What kind of anti-e's are you on?...

I always get low back problems when I'm bloated. Before I learned how to control (and that I HAD to if I wanted to train and continue growing), I would end up lying down between sets. Leg day's were ridiculous. I could squat half the damn gym, but couldnt' stand up. LOL

what diuretics do you suggest? more water, I will try. my sodium intake is sky high. I'll try to lower it. I never take anti Es. if my gyno gets too bad I'll just cut them out.

ya, I can more world record weights, but can't walk! I spent more time on the floor in the gym then under iron!
