bovine serum albumin?

looking for some help:
i'm am going to be reconstituting igf-1 lr3, and want to do it the right way. in the manufactures instructions you use HCL and bovine serum albumin. What is bovine serum albumin and can it be obtained easily?

i've been looking up HCl, for the reconstitution, and all i find is HCL solutions. example "Tris HCl, 1M solution, pH 8.0". i assume i need just pure HCl. i can't find it, any help would be appreciated.

i just got the bovine serum albumin. What kind of HCL could i use to reconstitue?(forgive my ignorance, im not a chem guy)
