igf long plus gh combination?

does anyone no if it is a good idea or detrimant to take the igf long and gh at the same time

Only if you are running the GH for extended periods of time. In other words if you are doing a six month GH cycle and you run IGF-1 for 4 weeks along with it it would be usefull. But dont run the GH only as long as the IGF-1 or it would be a waste IMO. Proud13 knows more about this, he might chime in.

ya im interested to know also... is it possible that igf1 might reduce gh's effective ness?

I've heard GH + IGF-1 is synergestic. Never done it myself though.

From what I have researched you are better off starting the GH for 8 weeks and then adding the IGF.Not totally sure, but this was my take.

I've done 3 cycles of IGF and hGH and then go off everything in between.
I'd read that IGF and hGH were synergistic but I don't know if that is accurate or not.

I've read there is a synergistic effect between the hgh and igf as well.

I am not sure if there is a better way or not but this is what I did last go round.

In a 12 week cycle of test and deca I started the hgh at week 4 and ran it through pct and ran the igf wks 8-12.

I felt like the results of the igf were good enough to justify the cost and will use it again.
