brothers--

when i did my last cycle of igf-1lr3 i gained a good ammount of fat around my abs & my chest-----how could this be?

my diet wasnt trash, but it wasnt the cleanest either---

i thought you could eat whatever you wanted on this stuff & loose bodyfat?????

but all it did for me was add bodyfat & make me bloated & tired--

could mine have been cut with insulin???

Not necessarily- you still need a clean diet
IGF is what is - I guess it would depend on where you got it from and if they are reputable. If its I* , then its real.
I don't think anyone in their right mind would cut it with slin knowing what possible issues could come with improper slin use.
How about some more info? Were you only using IGF of were you using a test, and were you using an anti-e or any other thermogenic?

yes i was using HOt-Rox thermos----
no test. or any AAS----

ill pm you where i got it.

let me know your opinion

Where did you hear that information?
It is useful to know who is misleading whether through ignorance or fraud.

Another reason not to believe something just because someone types it in on a board. Wait before you do something. Usually fraud is announced somewhere.

im not saying this is what i heard--

this is what i experienced!
im just trying to find out why i reacted this way & if anyone else has reacted the similarly---

im trying to figure out if there is somthin wrong with me--or my igf was bunk----got it?

it sounds like it was just an isolated case with me
so next time i do a cycle, ill get it from Presser instead of where i got it previously

Yamaha your PM box is full.
Can you tell me are you carb sensitive?
How bad was your diet?
And PM and let me know where you got it from.....

I bet the problem was your diet. Because it is still possible to gain fat while on IGF-1. Also we dont even know how much IGF-1 you were using, if you were using and AAS, and what your diet was exactly like.

i was @ 40mcg daily---im after workout
the diet really wasnt that bad--honestly.

i was not on gear while doing this

just Hot-Rox fat burners

maybe just to many cals, I wouldnt be worried about it. IGF-1 usually leans me out alittle until I start getting really hungry from it then I put a few lbs of fat back on.

To me I am convinced its bunk.

Its possible that he got fake stuff, he said it made him tired so thats one reason I suspect it could be real. I can tell im on IGF-1 I get very very tired all the time. I guess next time just make sure you buy it from someone reputable.

It's not impossible to gain fat while on IGF. It's less likely since it would be the same thing as taking HGH. If you were using 40mcg a day that could be compared to around 6-10 IU's of GH per day. Basically the IGF speeds your metabolism and makes it harder for you to store BF due to energy consumption by all cells and if training hard enough hopefully that will in turn relate to muscle cells storing more glycogen, nitrogen and hopefully causing satellite cells to to hyperplasia.

IMO it's hard to gain fat while on HGH or IGF with good diet and hard training but if you're diet is crap then hell yeah it's possible. I also wouldn't trust alot of the sources out there but supposedly alot of people have liked the stuff they've gotten and have seen results so I won't knock the sources or their results.

IGF makes me thicker around the mid section, but it is not fat gain, it is just that my belly is full of food. About the 4th day of use with IGF my appetite goes nuts. I'm using IGF right now with anavar and my appetite is not as strong as with test & eq or deca, however, it is definitely substantially increased.

I normally eat a large amount for my weight of 216 anyway, my maintenance diet is around 4,800. Yet while I am on IGF I am eating 6,500 or so just to keep from feeling like I am starving. The trick is to make sure that the food I am eating is moving me forward and not back. By that I mean no junk!

My normal sleep pattern is 7-8 hours, on IGF my sleep is 8-10 hours per night and sometimes I need a 30minute nap also.

Yama, based on the fact that you seemed tired I'm inclined to think that it was real. Is it possible that your appetite increased and you filled in between your good meals with junk? If so fat gain is likely. It could also be possible that your belly is just swollen like mine gets from gorging.
