My IGF has been out all day....

I left my IGF out all day from about 8am until now(about 15hrs). I came home from work (long day) and realized it was sitting on my kitchen counter. Is it ruined or still good? I'm pretty freekin irritated about it because I have been reading how sensitive it is and how if its not kept at a certain temp its no good. So whats the verdict? I stuck it back in the fridge for now.
