Hay folks just wonderin if anybody ever gone hypo with mc´s igf-1, if i do start to feel really tired then i understand a mars bar should be the thing to eat????? also how long would the hypo last for????

for eg if i took 40mcg,s at 4pm if i feel really tired is it safe to go to bed at 9pm?????

I had good results with 20mcg a day mabe bump the dose down and make sure to be eating every 3 hours and 6 meals a day....stick with carbs such as brown rice, rice cakes, oat meal etc....stick with those low glycemic carbs....stick with low glycemic such as Breakfast cereals based on wheat bran, barley and oats "Grainy" breads made with whole seeds,Pasta and rice in place of potatoes, Vinegar and lemon juice dressings

High glycemic foods:

elevate insulin and blood glucose
stimulate fat-storage
exacerbate hyperactivity
reduce sports performance.
low glycemic foods do not.

Low GI means a smaller rise in blood sugar and can help control established diabetes

Low GI diets can help people lose weight and lower blood lipids

Low GI diets can improve the body's sensitivity to insulin

High GI foods can help re-fuel carbohydrate stores after exercise

A low glycemic food plan can be beneficial to:
diabetics
hypoglycemics
persons with insulin resistance or Syndrome X
dieters
athletes

never realy went hypo on it bro, some say its possible but im not real sure about that, however keep something on you close by always regardless but i would say i doubt it will happen ever

Many of us do get a little lethargic on IGF. I did at first, but I have no problem now--I guess I've become accustomed to it. It is also possible to go hypo on IGF. Remember what the I in IGF stands for--insulin-like--because it affects the same receptor as insulin does, therefore it affects blood sugar levels. If you remember to eat a good amount of healthy complex carbs, you should have no problem.

tony you got or went a bit hypo bro? and were u lathargic at al as well?

i've heard the same about the lethargy...never heard about the hypo though...i've yet to try it but will be giving it a shot soon with my tiny nephew

I had the lethargy a little bit--kind of just really sleepy on my first cycle of IGF--haven't had it the second time around. During both cycles, I have gone a little hypo from time to time--was grocery shopping with my wife a couple of weeks ago and started to get light headed and slightly dizzy. Luckily, there is plenty of ready-to-eat food at the grocery store, eh? :) I have to make sure I eat pretty regularly while I'm on. That may have been the reason my first cycle was not as good as my current one. This time around, I've been eating regularly and eating more, and I actually gained weight while still keeping a low bf percentage. I had my bf % tested and was at 9.6%! I couldn't be happier with my results.
