questions on igf-1 healing properties

i was 10 weeks into a cycle when i was hit by a truck who ran a red light. i now have a couple bulging disks and a herniated l4-l5 disk which is causing me great pain. i can't workout and i'm thinking of using lr3 igf-1 for the purpose of healing the disk injuries. need some opinions on whether this will work or not??

Many of the studies on animals I have read say yes, but I cannot say first hand so I guess I am not much help.

i decided to give lr3 a shot since i already bought it for pct. i can't workout and the pain is great enough to warrant the use of vicadin which i don't want to be on long-term. my orthopedist referred me to a pain management dr for epidurals but i will wait a couple weeks to give lr3 a shot. i will be using 40ug ed for 4 weeks and will update this thread on my progress. i will inj. in lower back region.

It's hard to say whether or not it would help. I do know when I get joint pain that it goes away faster when I've used IGF. Though it might help you heal a bit faster, I doubt it would completely heal a bulged disk. Remember that IGF is already produced in the body for specific purposes, and you are just adding more to speed up a process that is already happening.

here's an update: i began using lr3 igf1 on thur. (20ug am/ 20ug pm) inj. in lower back. i have large herniation in l4-l5 causing severe stenosis-narrowing of the canal thru which the spinal nerve travels. prior to igf-1 use i had to miss work for 2 weeks, freeze my gym membership and limit time spent on my feet. i was in great pain (1 vicadin every 5 hrs), lack of appetite, and started to get depressed b/c quality of life was going down the toilet.
within a couple days of igf-1 my mood and appetite improved greatly and more than 5hrs would pass and i'd realize that i didn't need the vicadin. as of sat. and today i was on my feet a lot and i only took 1 pain pill today. its lookin good so far and i will continue to update this thread. i really think there is something to the healing aspects of igf-1/hgh!!

as of today(tues.) the pain continues to lessen and i only need 1 vicadin/day. however, i am having numbness and weakness in my left leg and if i bend my left knee, my leg will buckle b/c i have no power in it. i will see a neurologist/pain management specialist next week but i hope that the igf-1 will continue to heal the disk so that i won,t have the numbnessin my leg. it really sucks not being able to train!

I figured you'd heal faster. Sounds like you have some nerve trouble though. Keep us posted, and we all hope you get back in the gym soon.

i have only slight pain in lower back now. the main problem is that my left leg is pins n needles and i have considerable cramping in left thigh. i will be patient though and allow the disk to heal.

yeah bro, nothing like hearing about ones progress espcially with so many obsticals to ovecome. KUDOS to you buha!

lr3 igf1 update:i use mc's immense growth factor(always go w/ the best) and it has been 12 days now. i have no lower back pain, the pins n needles feeling in left leg is greatly diminished, and i can walk much better b/c i can bend the knee-the leg is stronger. the spinal nerve is probably not pinched as badly. i believe igf-1 has tremendous healing properties and i can't believe that i may be able to train in about a week or 2. a bone dr said that i could possibly need surgery but he would try epidurals 1st. i am excited about the progress i've made and i hope others can see this thread and benefit from lr3 igf1-its amazing stuff!!!

i want to thank everyone for their support. i have more feeling in left leg and hardly any pain in lower back. i am hopeful in returning to the gym in 2-3 weeks. muscle has memory so i feel confident that i can return to old form. i am still using 20ug am/20ug pm and i have lost bodyfat despite mediocre eating habits.

lr3 igf1 update: i have no lower back pain even after being on my feet for hours. there is only slight pins n needles feeling in my left leg. my appetite is enormous and completely opposite to when i started igf-1. my waistline is smallest its been in a long time so fat loss is evident even though i am not working out and my diet has not been that great. it is slowly healing this injury

Good to hear you are makin progress bro...keep up the good work..and good luck with the injury rehab...
