inject in abs?

IGF-1 inject in abs? does it help with overall size and growth? I'm trying to get diesel abs, help please

Yes you can in the abdominal fat, just pinch about an inch and you should be fine...but a combination of IGF, cardio and diet will get you there....

Do not inject into the ab muscles....they're too small for any type of inject. Besides injecting IGF1 that close to the intestines would probably cause more growth of your organs than injecting else where.
