IGF storage in various temps...

Hey guys I know its not great for some of us to have to keep the igf and other supps in the fridge if we are hiding them from say g/f parents, friends etc. Ive always heard that it was stable up to at least a year room temp but this really makes me happy. I dont want any of my friends etc to know what im running except for a select few so this works our great for me as im gonna give IGF another run here pretty soon.

this was written by another guy on a board named Mr. Sparkle giving credit where it is due.
Storage
The stability of a liquid solution of LR3IGF-I was monitored for a period of two years at storage conditions of -20 C, +4 C, +22 C, and +37 C. The final concentration of LR3IGF-I was in acetic acid. At various time points, samples were taken and compared to a lyophilized control (stored at 4 C). Listed below are the stability results for each respective storage condition.

Storage Condition: -20 C (-4 F)
Biological Potency No Change up to 2 years
Immunological Activity No Change up to 2 years
Mobility of Protein No Change up to 2 years
Elution Profile by reversed phased HPLC No Change up to 2 years

Storage Condition: +4 C (39.2 F)
Biological Potency No Change up to 2 years
Immunological Activity No Change up to 2 years
Mobility of Protein No Change up to 2 years
Elution Profile by reversed phased HPLC No Change up to 2 years

Storage Condition: +22 C (71.6 F)
Biological Potency No Change up to 2 years
Immunological Activity No Change up to 2 years
Mobility of Protein No Change up to 2 years
Elution Profile by reversed phased HPLC No Change up to 2 years

Storage Condition: +37 C (98.6 F)
Biological Potency No Change up to 1 year
Immunological Activity No Change up to 1 year
Mobility of Protein No Change up to 1 year
Elution Profile by reversed phased HPLC No Change up to 1 year

Ive heard this more then a couple of times actually but never seen any science backing it up even with this and that article nothing really backed it up just that the test was done. Hopeing someone else will chime in with some info.

anybody else have anything to add or correct? experience using at room temps etc?

I don't think temp as much as light is the danger. If you think it light destroys everything. I think keeping it in darkness would probably be more important than cold.

Can we please sticky this sucker up top. Seems popular to ask this......Save all of us some time if we posted this as a sticky?

IMO

everybody else think this is ok to make a sticky? Id kinda like to get some more thoughts on it and if anyone else has any proof to prove this experiment wrong?

POINT BLANK. NO.. THIS WILL NOT WORK... NOT AT ALL.. NO..

Just dont do it, its a waste.. ugh... some people.. JUST COME CLEAN and keep it home...
