I would like to take igf 1 lr3 everyday and not on off days. But how do you guys apply to lats. Or do you guys think 3 days a week is enough. Pec i did yesterday, that was easy. Than I will do delts and quads. Bis i dont know little nervous. Tris no way. Lol. Thanks.

ive never done lats, but almost everywhere else

and dnt worry about doing bi's and tri's...once you do it youll love it :)

Does IGF 1 LR3, really work for site growth. I read so many forums that have mixed reviews. Like say today i am doing back and im not going to apply in my lats. Can i say apply my delts, would that still work.

Lats are pretty easy...as for site growth it's not instantaneous...but 5-6 weeks later if u consistently put it in one r two places it will grow..

If used properly and everything else is in it correct place, IGF-1 Lr3 can be a great thing !

I've done it ED before and loved it. Now I'm doing it pre w/o and love it, but miss the super pumped feeling on non training days. Tri's are a breeze and brought mine up quite a bit. I've never done lats, I train traps and calves with back and usually do calves.

I've been using it on my bi/tri for over a week.
It looks bigger. My measurement has increase slightly. Its only over a week.

Is it because of the minor swelling?
But it doesn't look swell & is it permanent?.
Pumps seems to have increase.
