IGF and injuries

I learned about a year ago that I needed knee and shoulder surgery. I have a partial tear in the posterior labrum in my shoulder. I had the knee surgery in December and I think the time I was out of the gym really helped my shoulder. I eased back into the weights and it seemed much better. But, I've gotten back up to some decent weights lately and the pain is returning.

So, my question is...if I applied IGF in my shoulder would that help any, or am I just going to have to bite the bullet and have surgery?

depends how severe the injury is, but yes it helps, believe me brutha it helped my quad many years which was flacid and dead from hitting a nerve and then voila after some IGF it came back and started firing again and today is fully recovered but im not sure how much it would help with something real severe ya know, when it helped me it helped get the nerve to start firing again, i do know some guys swear by it for their tendons and ligaments though but not if they are totaly torn, maybe partials,

Bro, I knew that was you!!
As Presser said, any partial tears or injuries that don't require surgery IGF can be a godsend. the recovery from my leg injury has been amazing. My vastus medialis was partially torn and substantially atrophied. IGF made a huge impact on my recovery and both Vastus Medialis have seen substantial growth.

I became a beleiver with igf last year...I partially tore my sartorius and gave igf a shot and 3 weeks later I was squatting 315....it gives me no problems to this day...I injected a mg in a week directly into the Injured area

Well, it sounds like I should try it for sure. Presser, send me a few sample bottles and I'll let you know how it goes. ;)

This caught my eye while I was reading through the IGF docs here, which btw are fantastic. Props to everyone who helped compile the information!

I have an upcoming MRI exam to diagnose what may be lifting related nerve damage. Long story short, I felt my spine shift a bit while doing heavy deads a few weeks ago. There wasn't any pain during the moment and I haven't had any since then nor suffered mobility issues, but I have been experiencing what I can best guess to be slightly weakened autonomic nerve response.

I look forward to the results of the MRI, but I'm curious now about IGF's potential to heal nerve damage. The sticky briefly mentioned IGF research for nerve tissue repair, but I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts about it's effectiveness in addition to Presser's experience?

The biggest setback on my knee injury was the nerve damage to the surrounding vastus medialis. It wouldn't contract in a constant state, only quiver and shake. It's now near 100%. I'm now stronger than ever

That's very encouraging. Given all the great feedback overall, I'll have to give IGF a try real soon. Thanks for your help!

well i was in a car accident just about 3 yrs ago, my back is now fucked, a few buldging disks and some dissiciating disks.
I used MC's igf last winter for about 5-6weeks and i think it helped a bit with back and it DEFF added some gaines and new mucle wich was nice!

Im going to use it again but fonna run it a bit longer and run it like presser for the hell of it preWO in stead of PostWO this time.
probibbly 60-80mcg ed for 7-8 weeks.

I hope it help me again with back issues.

good luckman.

Fuck bro, that's rough, I'm glad to hear this helped you out. One other question that's been on my mind is how much IGF is able to affect areas that are not local to the injection site. Did you notice improvements to your back while injecting in farther areas ( chest, bis, tris, etc. ), or did you find it more effective to pick locations closer to your injury ( lats or traps maybe )? I don't intend to inject into my spine or anything lol, but it would be good to know how close I should get within reason.

Thanks for your reply and best of luck to you too, bro. Hopefully this will lead to some major healing for us both.

Great question! I've been wanting to ask this as well. If I apply to my shoulders to help my torn labrum, will I end up looking like Dwight Howard? Or, will I see small gains in my bis and chest also?

pretty sure it effects the application area more specificly however do believe it will help out other body parts as well that arent in the immediate area of the application

I got my order in. Can't wait to get started on this stuff. I'd love to heal up my shoulder a bit and bring up my triceps.

it goes systemic so it dont reall matter much where you pin it.
i pin it SubQ in belly fat, works great. and less scar tissue then pinning IM.

Thanks for the reply, bro. I got my IGF promptly in the mail a few weeks back, and am eager to try it. I need to get a few other matters squared away first, then I'll jump on the bandwagon.
