LR3 IGF for joint recovery

Hey guys, first post here but I'm definitely not new to this. I recently hurt my shoulder and want to help recover it. I think its my labrum but am not 100% until I get an MRI. My question is would I have to apply to my shoulder for it to be most effective?

Also, what would be the best dosing for joint recovery? Is a low dose better or is it more beneficial to do a higher dose? I was thinking only 20-40mcg/ day but money is not the issue.

Thanks a lot in advance.

Welcome, Brad. I had a partially torn labrum in my shoulder and I think IGF really helped it. I applied to shoulders in pretty small doses (20-40 mcg) and it did wonders. I am benching 240 now for 6 reps without any pain in that shoulder. I would guess that higher doses would work even better, but I was limited in how much I could buy, so I kept mine low for that reason.

Applying it to the general area is what most do when used for inurys, I have also done the same for a quad nerve problem and it fixed it 100%

Also welcome to MC bro!

I had torm ligaments in my right arm and I have found that is has definitely helped in the recovery of the arm.

Thanks a lot... one last question before i order from MC. Does it come with AA already in it, 1ML im assuming? Does it come with a cold pack?

Thanks so much presser. You guys are a big help. Does it matter where I apply to my shoulder in order to repair the joints?

I sent you a PM, bro. I just apply right in the middle of the delt and it works great for my shoulder injury.
