IGF-1 knot and huge bruise on my shoulder

I have been doing the MC IGF for a few months now. I have been doing 80units before workout. The last dose I did was with a 5/16 inch pin n my shoulder and it has left a terrible knot and a huge bruise. Is this normal and should I try and massage the knot or just let it be. I do everything by the book as far as sterilization goes. I've had knots before from the IGF but this looks pretty damn bad. Any suggestions on what to do would be appreciated. I have switched to a 1/2 inch pin. I'm hoping that helps. Thanks in advance

I only use 1/2 pins, but I just got a bad bruise on my bicep. Fortunately, I didn't get a knot though. I wonder if it's a hematoma? Did it bleed?

I've gotten plenty of knots, that'll go away in a couple days. As far as the bruise goes, you probably hit an artery or vein and just got a bruise from that?? Is it sore at all to the touch or does it just look like a typical bruise

No it didn't bleed and thats what kind of freaked me out cause I've had that happen before where I've hit a vein and bruised. Big n WV it is so damn sore I couldn't hardly sleep on that side last night. I think a lot of it had to do with the small pin. I tend to knot up a good bit with IGF-1 anyway but they always seem to disapate. Can u use B-12 w the MC IGF to help flush the dose when u take it?

Is the knot discolored? It sounds like you hit a blood and have a hematoma. They can be painful. I just rub mine until the go away

80 mcgs is what I'm taking. I have been massaging it and it has gone down a good bit. There is still a pretty sizable knot and it's sore as hell but I think I'll survive this one lol!! Do u think it matters doing the dose cold or do u guys let it warm up some b4? I really appreciate all the feedback that is why I like this site so well I always get good feedback.

It happens sometimes, and it's no fun! You can add some BW to dilute the solution in the future. As far as the pain and bruising goes you can use DSMO on your shoulder to take care of that.

I've never warmed up my IGF and I'm not sure that's a good idea, it's possible it could damage the peptide??

Good tip bean. It's also ok to warm to room temp.. I've had a bottle lost and found it A month later and the aa saved it.. That 5/16 pin most likely too short and igf got located in skin pocket and not below the skin subc causing the irritation and bump..

Maybe you got a hematoma already. But it's not a serious problem. Sometimes I have it and often use eggs to clear hematoma quickly. Yeah, eggs is one of the best agents to help us gain mucles and it is also a good treatment for hematoma. You need to boil a egg then roll up quickly in the bruises and the affected area when it is still hot so that it will create pressure to suck the black blood into the heart of gold. So repeat the method twice a day and hematoma will disappear in few days. In addition, you can apply alcohol directly on the area where hematoma appears and massage it for 5 minutes. It helps to reduce pain and gradually melt down the bruises. Alcohol is often said to be bad for the health but in this case, it's beneficial. More effective opts for you from this site: https://authorityremedies.com/how-to-treat-a-hematoma/
