Applied IGF to quads...

I applied IGF to my quads for the first time tonight and I have to admit that it was the best quad workout I've had in a long time. The pump was great and I couldn't get enough. I'm normally looking forward to ending the quad workout, but tonight I wanted to keep going and going. I'm definitely going to do this all the time now

thank you-- have wanted to do it for years- but you have convinced me based on your experience.

I've used it everywhere else, but never on my quads. It's great, I normally don't get much of a quad pump, but starting with extensions then box squats felt wonderful

Oh and I applied to the outer sweep, so I'm going to move it to every muscle in the quad to see how it all feels, but this was great and I'm sure the teardrops will be phenominal

That's how I hurt mine. I did 75mcg per quad in the outer head. My legs were brutally strong. But just like everytime my inner thigh muscles tore. It'll be a pain next workout, but I think I can get around it. Big Doses of IGF actually deliver what high dose test promised.

I'm only using 80mcg and still getting the same pumps so I've not went any higher this time around, but I have a feeling eventually I'll be up there since I don't plan on coming off for a long while

I applied 50mcgs in each quad outer sweep on Sunday for my lower body workout.
Best workout I have had in years.

How can you still shot in quads ?

I did it both in quads in two different areas and both times makes me unconfortable and little pain...
tear drop and extern with very few dosage (25mcg each)

Will stick in shoulders where it seems to be more confortable for me !

I do quads regularly... today as a matter of fact along with calves. 50mcg at each quad and 50mcg for each calf. It was unreal. They are still so pumped that I'm walking funny. I did hams for the first time last week and it was nothing short of amazing. I'll be doing them on every shoulder and ham day.
