Super DMZ 2.0 and IGF

Been a while since last update. I got sick for a couple days early last week and decided to take the whole week off from working out to catch up on some rest and just try to eat to make up for about two days of not eating much due to sickness. I started back Sunday with chest. Workouts picked right back up where I had left off....no loss in strength or anything. I am really liking the DMZ and IGF combo. Pumps are incredible....borderline too much at times...if that's possible..lol. Vascularity is crazy. My diet has been pretty clean but if I have the urge to eat a reese's peanut butter cup, I eat it. It seems like it makes me even leaner and harder. I'm staying with two DMZ a day and between 40-50 of the IGF. I alternate where IGF between abs and what bodypart I'm training. I'm definitely planning on getting some more as I get closer to running out.

Bro have you put on much weight or is more strength ?
 
More strength for sure, I weighed today for first time in a while and was 6lbs lighter than when I started. Now, that may have something to do with being sick last week, but I think it's just that the bodyfat is just melting off of me. I look bigger, which when leaner you normally do. My clothes fit the same if not tighter than before though. I was surprised that I had lost some, but I never really was concerned with what the scale said, rather just how I looked. As I mentioned before, the wife is really starting to notice too, or at least say more about it. So to me, it's definitely working.

Thats awsome, weighing less yet your cloths are tighter! Thats a nice transformation for anyone!!

I did arms yesterday to finish offf the week, and almost 24 hours later they still feel like I just did them. I have been doing around 40-50 IGF but yesterday I did a little over 60 to finish off a bottle. I don't know if that little bit more makes that much of difference, but it sure feels like it. It has me thinking of doing that every day just to see. Anyone who takes that much or more have an opinion? I know more is not always better but maybe in this case it is.
 
I have never even looked into the DMZ, but after reading this I may start. Thanks for the log

DMZ would be a perfect compliment/kick start to your bulk bro! Even if you don't put on a lot of size with it which will mostly be diet dependent, you'll get a major boost in strength which is good for your strongman training.

Yes the jump from say 40-50 mcgs to 60mcgs should make a noticable difference in most everyone, as would 70 and 80mcgs, its my opinion and from what ive read others say that when you start hitting 100mcgs+ is where the big noticable differences start slowing down or cease. So Yeah i can see going up another 10-20mcgs from 40-60mch could make a big notibale difference!
 
Thanks, I think I will go with 60 for a while to see what happens. I have two bottles left...gonna have to make another order soon.
 
I went with 60 today...applied to abs. I missed yesterday's workout so I doubled up today with chest and back. I havent done that for a long time and could tell...it kicked my ass. I did one back exercise and then one chest. I did four each and 3-4 sets of each movement. The pump was way intense. It probably had something to do with doing both, so I cant say if the increase in IGF really did much. Got legs tomorrow...will find out for sure then.
 
I did 60 in abs again today. I did legs and could definitely tell the difference. Legs were pumped like crazy after just three sets of leg press. It was borderline too much but loved it and pushed through to have a good one. I think I could tell the most when finished off with calves....could only do three sets because they were so pumped that they started to cramp. I will be sure to drink plenty of water today. This shit is fo real...just ordered four more bottles to take advantage of sale.

This is a good one to throw in the mix every now and then. I don't do it often though because when I'm finished and trying to leave the gym I'm so pumped I can't reach across myself to grab the seatbelt! LOL

I am still taking IGF at 60 per day. I still continue to see improvements as far as getting leaner and more vascular....actually starting to see veins in my back that honestly not sure how long they have been showing, but I really noticed them over the weekend while giving myself a haircut. Which, btw, was not fun. I did arms on Friday and shoulders Thursday. I took some IGF on Saturday just for the hell of it even though I wasnt working out. My arms and shoulders were so pumped, it was quite uncomfortable to cut my hair....I really didnt mind it. Hell, I kinda liked it. I've been getting more and more comments from random people at the gym and even at work, so it's definitely working. My order came in on Friday so I am set to continue for a while. At this point, I dont think I will go without unless just cant afford for some reason....lovin it!

lol....I've been cutting my own hair for several years now, so it looks fine. It just took a little longer and was more painful than normal.

hows it going bro? I know ur done with the dmz, but curious how everything else was ?
