Super DMZ 2.0 and IGF

I started my DMZ and Igf last wednesday. I weighed in at 223. My diet is pretty clean, but not getting ready for anything special, so if I feel like cheating a little I do but nothing crazy. I'm not going to change my eating habits much if at all to really be able to tell what these two are doing. I'm taking two DMZ per day...one about an hour or so before I workout and the other in the evening about 8 hours later or so. I also took the IGF before workout...40mcg total...20 in each calf.
Did legs that day....started with leg press...5 sets ending with 10 plates each side for 20 reps....quads were on fire after this. I went on to legs curls and leg extensions..superset for 4 sets each. Hamstrings were getting really pumped but quads had so much blood I could barely finish my last set. I took a little break because friend I training a little bit showed up so I got her workout going. It ended up being about 20-30 minute break which I normally would never do, but it worked out OK. I went on to do 3 sets of lunges with 135....felt pretty good due to the break probably.After the third set legs were really pumped again. I finished up with stiff legged deadlifts and squats superset for 3 each and 5 sets of seated calfs. Legs felt full and really pumped....probably not as much as would have been without the break in the middle, but good nontheless.
 
Thursday and Friday did shoulders and arms respectively. Again, 40mcg each day...20 in each side delt and 20 in each bicep. Both workout were very good ones. I didn't really notice much difference in shoulders...was pumped but nothing out of ordinary. Arms on Friday were different story. I usually do about 4-5 exercises for both tris and bis and 3-4 sets of each. I was able to still do the same amt of exercises but on some could only do two sets because arms had so much frickin blood in them, I could barely move them. Loved it! I'm looking forward to doing chest tomorrow and back Tuesday for the first time taking both and too see how I look and feel at the end of the week after a whole week of taking them. I will weigh tomorrow to see if anything has changed with that. I am looking more vascular...arms had some crazy veins popping out on Friday. I've felt good this weekend so far....not really pumped feeling but definitely tighter and harder. So far, so good.

Fantastic LOG brutha! Look forward to following it and your progress, will you be taking any before and after pics? and if not posting them, atleast for yourself to see where u started and finished? Just curious and again not asking u to post any, just curious if u were doing it for yourself? In any case, great log thus far bro which should help a lot of our readers when its time for them to try this combo or one or the other of the supplements your using!
 
Did chest and abs today. I started with some incline flys to get a good stretch and get a little blood flow....actually ended up being alot of flow. Chest was pumped after three sets. Went on to flat bench for four sets ending with 315 for 10.....couldve got a few more but felt a little twitch in my right pec/shoulder area so racked it and moved on to incline for three sets of 10 with 225. I usually go a heavier but after feeling that on bench and just being crazy pumped, that was plenty. On to three sets with 225 for 10 again on decline...dont do decline much but just felt like doing today so did. I went on to cable crossovers for three burnout sets. I would typically be done after this. My chest was super pumped and probably could've called it good, but I was feeling like some more so I finished with a machine press/pec dec superset burnout that definitely had my chest on fire. I'm sticking with 40 IGF and 2 DMZ throughout or at least until I feel like I may need more, but I think this should work fine.
I don't know which one or if it's both, but something is definitely working.....at least feels like it. My shoulders and arms still felt pumped and looked nice and full from Thursday and Friday. I didn't get the chance to weigh today. I worked out a different gym today and the scale there was broke. I will check it tomorrow to see if any change there.
 
Just got home from arm workout...got a ridiculous pump. My workouts have been going good. Ive been really pumped early on....like within the first three sets or so. I usually don't take more than a minute, if that, between sets. After my first exercise, I've been having to take a minimum of a minute...more like minute and half to two between sets because pumps have been crazy. Weight used and reps havent really changed too much, which to me is OK because I've really had to push through to get the same done because so much blood flowing through what I'm working. I applied to abs the last three days this week, and that seemed to work really well for me. I will probably do that on certain days and directly to bodypart working on others just to keep experimenting to see what is working best. My body weight was actually down two pounds from last week when I weighed, which I thought was odd because so many have said they have gained weight. I'm not really concerned because I'm not too worried about body weight...more how I look and feel. I am definitely more vascular and fuller and feel pumped throughout the day and wake up the same. My clothes fit a littler tighter too, so I'm not complaing about a couple of pounds. My wife even commented on how I looked this morning, and she rarely says anything.
 
Sounds pretty solid so far brutha! When ur wife or significant others says something then your on the right track for sure! Lol I could gain 80lbs of lean mass and my wife wouldn't bat an eye lol

Lol yeah! What do you think that's all about really? Maybe they try to down play us when we're looking good so we think we better be happy with what he have partner wise? And then let us know shit we already know like " aw baby your hair is falling out in the sink" lol
 
I just got off my cycle of DMZ,,it workz but be sure not to over do ur cycle with it follow the instruction on the bottle, besure to PCT aftermy mistake was loving the pump I felt riped! BUT IT DRY'D up my joints real bad, am ON PCT now its been 2weeksMy joints are still painful really sucksSo don't over use DMZ your body can only take so muchRest & recovery is what am forced to do now, after my PCT I plan on cycling with anadrol 50Mostly to lube my joint, g2g

I havent had the chance to post any updates lately....been crazy busy with work....ten hour days and working weekend too. Depsite that, my workouts have been really good. My strength is going up on everything. The pumps have been insane and vascularity is ridiculous. I've been taking the two DMZ and somewhere between 40-50 IGF. I havent weighed lately but look bigger and fuller, so I'm not really concerned with what the scale says.

Sounds like your doing well then and even with work schedule being crazy which is impressive, is your work schedule going to slow down in the near future or do you work those type of crazy hours year round?
 
Wokr has been stupid busy so I havent had much time to even get online let alone post any updates. Things have been going really good despite all the hours working. I have had to take a day off in the middle of the week the last two weeks just to try to get some rest but workouts have been good. The pumps are really impressive. I have to say I am definitely a believer. My strength hasn't really dropped off much if at all, which is really surprising. I have cut back on the number of sets mainly just because of lack of time. I changed my diet up a little bit...really dropping carbs to only about an half to one cup of rice per day....sometimes I may skip a day or two and throw in some extra protein to make up for it. It seems to be working really well. I am getting really lean and vascular. I have veins popping out in lower abs and legs that I have only really seen a few times before and that was in the summer. Hitting shoulders today...can't wait!

Well glad ur staying in great shape from the sounds of it, and you had to take off from work you mean or workouts in the middle of the week?
 
Kudos to you bro! Trying to train hard and keep up with crazy work hours is no easy task, I know from experience. I really liked DMZ too. Had some real nice gains and an insane boost in strength. Stay with the IGF that'll help hold onto those hard earned pounds. Keep killing!
