Hgh slin igf

This is what i have done in the past although im not big on hgh anymore

hgh = morning and night.

Igf-1 lr3 preworkout with carbs before gym and 50/50 carb/protien drink during workout

insulin = post workout to shuttle/cram as much nutrients into the body/muscle as possible!
 
Days i train ,10ius hgh 10ius subq ,novalin r i.m , 30mins before workout 15mins after hgh slin shake w/ preworkout / cyto carb 50grams / 10grams creatine / 12grams peptopro , go to gym 2nd shake 10grams creatine 50grams carb/ 20grams bcaa go home 100mcgs igf carbs 50grams / 50grams ISo protein . 100mcgs everyday
 
How you like the slin before gym? Any issues ? I did it that way a while and had great pumps and felt strong but I wasn't strict enough and added some waist line lol so I stopped it

Loving it ! Lol I think I'm really strict , plus the hgh helps
 
lol, yeah but i laughed cause you sound like me, i used the slin with my igf and being naturally lean, i decided to cheat with eating and big mistake, i got a little added fat which i wasnt acustom to,lol, damn slin
