how to tell if your IGF is legit

So I heard some gym talk today, that a good way to see if your IGF is real is to take it pre workout, and if you get insane pumps, then its good stuff. Personally I have never taken it pre workout, but what do you think of this method?
 
I could see that being true. MC IGF gives me insane pumps where others have not. Not sure if that's a sure fire way to prove that or not, but who knows
 
That might be okay to do out of curosity, but the truth is you wanna always take it as far away from your w/o as possible... more importantly, after you work out no sooner than at least 3hrs minimum. I only did 40 mcgs on train days divided in two doses... And I only got to use it for 3 weeks after being off for over a year recovering from a fusion in my neck but I got off on it like the 4th of July. The results I experienced were nothing short of amazing!! What would normally take three months using just aas, I got in 3 weeks.

Three weeks of igf = 3 months of aas? I must be doing something wrong...

What is the purpose of "needing" to take it so far from your workout. I have never ever heard/read this anywhere... could you elaborate with reasoning?
 
It's fine taken after your workout and you don't need to wait 3 hours! Truth is you can find a study to back any claim so the point is you go by experience and experience says its absolutely fine post workout and works well preworkout followed by carb Protien drink.

The further away from pwo the better due to the native MGF that your body produces after you train. If you take it immediately after your workout then the igf will attach it self to the MGF and stall the prolliferation process. Allow the native MGF to run it's course, then administer IGF in small doses either in the morning or at very least 2 hours post work out. Example. 40mcgs daily should be taken at 10mcgs 4 through out the day, because IGF1LR3 will attach to receptors in the bowels when taken in larger dosages.

Yeah I never have... on another post from you that I read long before I ordered I believe you stated the "why not take lr3 preworkout and take advantage of the awesome pump" in the same thread you went on to explain that normal igf should be taken post... so for the most part I've done my pre and had crazy pumps lol would you say press that 3 weeks of igf =3 months of aas? Cause I've had some great fun with igf... but nothing like I imagine three months of cycle would give?
 
Are you getting leaner? Are pumps better ? Do you get energy after taking it? That's how i tell could be wrong ,lol

my friend says he can tell is when he takes his he goes hypo! Plus the pump lol

No 3 weeks igf is nothing like 3 months of gear on a solid cycle.

and freak has a good point as some guys do go hypo!
 
I know the first week on MC IGF I loved the hell out of it but I felt tired all of the damn time and wasn't sure how I was going to keep up with it. I straight wanted to nap all the time... Theres a thread out there where I asked you how to fix that and you explained about a carb source pre and then 50/50 protein carbs Post and its been more then heaven since then lol I know it'll kick my ass if I don't do just exactly that around injecting.

i just recently received my MC igf. i pinned 100 mcg for 3 days already
and havent got any sides , no hypo ,tired or really hungry feeling yet.
is this normal .. Any help would be appreciated

none of those side effects your looking for are attributable to igf-1 lr3 a side from on the rare occasion some might go hypo. some report extra energy, some tired, some nothing. hunger or appetitie is nothing to be looking for. IGF-1 lr3 is a refining and recomp tool.

if you bought from MC then its hundred percent good and you need to give it time. and you shouldnt be pinning 100mcgs right away. back it down to 50mcg , eat proper, train proper and you will see the changes.

You might want to check with Presser as I think that you may be incorrect on your theory. Since the IGF is in you system for at least 24 hours, there is nothing that would hinder you from taking it before or right after you train. I plan on taking mine about 45 min before I train to force as much nutrients into the muscle as possible. Just my 2Cents brother.
