Is 50mcg every day fine or should there be days off each week? What is the best cycle length? I've heard all kinds of things. Been going everyday, today is day 8.
 
Yes it's fine everyday at that dose bro. I've used it for 12-16 weeks a couple different times and I felt it working throughout the entire time.
 
Using IGF 1 lr3 on Your OFF DAYS , might be the most beneficial time to use it! So i would take your normal IGF 1 lr3 dosage on days off to help feed those muscles even more during this resting aka growth period
