Fifth Week Update

The Great:

No Bloating
More definition
Less fat
Better cardio shape
A few lbs of improvement.
Better Strength.
Have not plateaued.

The Bad:
Nothing.

Thoughts to ponder.
Just nervous about when I will plateau. I am still at 50 mcg.

You still have some good room to raise dosage bro do sounds like ur good to go !

AM getting amazing results from the IGF.. gains I have never seen before...but getting some kind of reaction from shooting in my stomach..like blood spots and swelling...probably did 25 times and no reaction, but now each time getting this result.. so going to stop for a week and restart there.. still shooting now in my butt.. any suggestions..

Could be the igf sitting on scar tissue if you've gone in same spots for a long time , I would move it around and deeper and slower dispersion

I also massage the area afterwords with massage oil. This ensures faster recovery.

One time I was doing test & for whatever reason my dog jumped on me never before like that and I jerked a bit & I was sore for weeks. So a holistic therapist recommended massage oil & it healed with in days after.

So I did it religiously after that & through several cycles never had an issue & through IGF never had an issue.

Yes, the IGF is awesome! It truly is the best. It helps you get big, cut, whatever you want if you don't cheat yourself & the best part no negative reaction.

I am testing myself through a doctor I know to check all vitals, liver etc & will update next week on that.

That's cool bro, how often do you see a dr? Regularly or you just so happened to have an upcoming appointment ?

I wrote business plan, negotiated lease, and got the practice funded & insured. I did that for free as money at the time was scarce. In return, I get free appointments & lab work within reason. Test for healthmarkers etc. So I go monthly just to make sure heart etc is good.

As far as the blood testing I do full panel 4 times a year. I will do one soon make sure everything is okay.

Why?

How do you know you need vitamin C, if you don't know your levels?

Now why every 3 months?

Well you just realized you are low on vitamin C or Zinc.,

So you take pills.,,

Well, 3 months later you test still low.. Why? Your body didn't absorb.. You may need IV of vitamin C.

I am not against anything per say, but you will hear everybody needs Zinc or Creatine or vitamin D & I disagree some bodies make enough or too much & others don't.

Once again I am not genetically gifted. I am also talking about not just looking good on the outside, but on the inside.

You hear a lot about the drugs that hurt athletes. What you don't hear is a lot are taking legal supplements that could potentially be worse than what is considered illegal, because that is not a sexy story.

Just my opinion.

This is very true, fitness is way more than just looking healthy. I look like I'm in great shape, but what people don't see is that I smoke and can't walk up a flight of stairs without panting

I used to love to smoke a great cigar one a day & definitely a few on the weekends. Then, I migrated to the pipe, then I cut it all out all together. I couldn't run, have good stamina with it. Plus it gives a bad smell & yellow teeth. I started to tell myself- why the hell do I start having hobbies that are not good for me!!!

Do I enjoy a great cigar! Yes! No more than 1 per month. Am I depriving myself?
I don't know or think so. I think we end up liking things that are addicting...

But everything done in moderation & properly can be not such a bad thing...

5 week Update

No signs of slowing down.
Stamina strong, getting leaner.
No pain or issues.
Things are still dialed in.

I did my health panel which includes all of the essential nutrients which must be included in our diets, i.e. those nutrients which cannot be manufactured within by human biochemistry, plus health markers for hormone production, metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular disease, eye and prostate health. In all, over 70 blood based laboratory measurements are provided, including 12 of other Panels.

Bone Panel.
Nutrition Panel.
Inflammation Panel.
Prostate Health Panel.
Skin, Hair and Nails Panel.
Heart Health Panel.
Brain Health Panel.
Pre-Diabetic Panel.
Eye Health Panel.
Food Sensitivity Test.
Male hormonal Health

When I did this & I was on steroids reading were up & down & I had to take supplements to counteract & keep levels at optimum.

With IGF all my reading are in the excellent range except it shows elevated testosterone IGF, but not bad.

I was at 170 before IGF & now I am at 280 which is high for the amount of dosage I am doing but it shows that it is working great & my body must also be producing some.

The doctor recommended to not do any steroid with it, till it becomes less effective, than add a testosterone with either Tren, primo, or masteron.
Stay off for a few weeks months than get back on.

What surprised him is that all my other markers improved with IGF to show an exceptionally healthy person.

Sorry for the boring update. Have a nice weekend.

Sixth Week Update

Negative: I tore a distal bicep tear (tearing from the radius bone and not the shoulder). I see the specialist Tuesday.

Positive: I gained some strength, have gotten leaner, and lost a 1lb of fat. Due it my arm, which right now is in extreme pain I did stationary bike, 50 miles.

IGF has still been working great & no sign of plateau. I will continue & deal with adversity & document what happens.

Seventh Week Update:

Right before surgery I completed a relay where I did 3.5 miles in 28 minutes & 13 seconds. I just had surgery a day ago & I am eating good taking IGF & hoping for the best.

The tear was bad & had retracted quite a bit. So really next 2 weeks will eat proteins, IGF, and sleep. Will then hopefully go to next stage.

Update; had to stop with the injections.. amazing results -- no question..started getting infections at the site where I would shoot. I do know and use very sterile techniques and of course new syringe..possible causes, the one bottle wasn't sterile, I contaminated the bottle, somehow my body is reacting to it...Possible solutions.. can the bottle of IGF be baked to destroy any potential germs or will that destroy the IGF...is rubbing the IGF on the skin effective? Thanks, ClubTest
