New to the Muscle Chemistry

Aight been lifting religiously for seven years as a poor man NO Supplements until last year got a good job got some good Sups now im on to bigger and better things hence me being here. just bought 4 IGF-1 in the box it says to rub it on skin is that just a legal factor since its still lab quality/ can i apply it? My main question is can someone walk me through the usage part ex: what size needle/tip length, how to read the ticks for 40mcg, do i need to mix IGF-1 with anything, when to apply it, how often, if i do subQ does it distribute evenly through out the body or stay relatively close to site application?(im 7%bf on a 7 point measurement problem is 11% on love handles so its slightly noticeable i wanna target that fat consumption for energy while still distributing IGF-1 to the muscles im working out each day or am i better of just IM my muscles and it would still use the fat) pretty much every thing you would expect from a first time user of needles/IGF-1.

Also can someone give me the run down on Nova Bloat how to use it/ measure it and how many servings does it contain at what dosage?

welcome to MC I don't have any experience with IGF but plenty of members here have and im sure will chime in. to answer one of your questions yes subQ is probably the way you want to use it mainly or do it subQ on the days you are not in the gym and IM on the body part you are training that day or the body part you need to bring up. what are you using the nolva bloat for? PCT or helping with bloat or higher T?

I am also new and want to use my IGF-1 for my abs. The plan is to apply in the abs, then run sprints till I drop. All in the AM, before breakfast. Anybody do this or have any suggestions. Thanks, ClubTest

one full dropper is 40mgs, so your gonna wanna take about half a dropper for 20mg, and you drink it orally
