Hi im new here. Im from quebec in canada, i have 30 years old. Now 5p11 233pounds. I found the forum by purchasing igf1 lr3. i added the one of here to my cycle. ill give infos about what gear and hgh i use later in an other post.

Good to have you join the best BB site out there....great guys and gals on here so please share your experiences with the IGF.....great choice by the way, you won't be disapointed.
 
Welcome.. I am rejoining after years gone...so kind of new...Shot both traps with igf yesterday prior to workout..felt like a bee sting (but quickly ended) and have been sore in the traps since. It APPEARS to be working.. Really need to take before / after pics...
 
i use mine 30min-1h after workout, active life of igf1 is 24h. not oblige to pin it immediately pre or post workout....

gog; Thanks.. in reading the different posts, there seems to be different preferences on PRE or POST and even if hitting THAT particular muscle makes a difference...just that the igf1 is in you. I will be experimenting to see what works best for me. HOW did you come to your conclusion on POST. I am about 24 hours past application AND working my traps. HUGE gain.. can't believe it !!

In my experience it has always been better pre-workout applied to the muscle I'm going to exercise. Always huge gains doing that. AWESOME stuff!
 
I go pre workout as well, have for years and love it this way over post, though post really helps you shuttle nutrients in and theirs something to do with binding issues post i forget off the top of my head, but you cant go wrong either way in the long term, but i do like to get a killer pump when i use pre w/o
 
Haven't tried pre yet, I think I'll try that and maybe hit the muscle I'm working and see how it goes, I like post so far.

Yeah Im not a real fan of this member GOG ! This guy last month ordered from us, I shipped it out next day, provided him tracking number, and because the tracking number didn't come up right away on the usps tracking site, this guy emailed me and threatened me and my family, told me to move and that he was coming after me and that he was some crazy bastard going to kill me,lol, well i been around for a long time and seen alot of internet tough guys lol, so whatever

later on that same night the tracking finally came up on the usps site and he got his order lol, but this guys a fucking dick head! and I hope he chokes on his products!

here the funniest part, it was going to canada and he lost his tracking number by accidently deleting his email and he had the audacity to pm me here asking if i could resend him the tracking number, after he already threatened me and my family so i told him to suck my dick
