Mod GRF 1-29 + Ipamorelin = Can't Sleep

Just started taking Mod GRF 1-29 (CJC-195 w/o DAC) and Ipamorelin, from a reputable source. I take 1mcg/kg upon waking, after my workout and before bed.

I read all about how great everyone sleeps while taking it and since I don't sleep particularly well I was excited at this side effect. Not me. I can't sleep after taking. When I do finally fall asleep it isn't for very long and it's a very light sleep. Like I'm not even really sleeping just, rather blank and any dreams are very vivid. I've tried searching all over the world wide web to no avail. Any theories?

I am ADD/ADHD so some things work in reverse, as in caffeine makes me sleepy. Yes, it does suck. Could that really be the cause? Thanks.

You sound like me although I don't think I'm ADD/ADHD. Caffeine makes me sleepy at first, but then I'm super wired a couple of hours later if I don't take a nap right then.

If you are taking 1mcg/kg, how much is that for you? I would first suggest the following modifications as to your timing of doses which might help:

1. Around 7-8pm if you sleep at 11:00-midnight. Take a little sooner if you sleep earlier.
2. Before your workout (not after it).
3. Cut out the after waking dose. You want to work with your body's pulse, and taking in the morning works directly against it because in those hours is when your body is supposed to be normally low in production. Taking at this time can confuse your body's feedback loop.

I've been using GRF-129 and Ipamorelin for months.... I'll take a big 300mcg dosage of each... ( I mix each bottle with 3 ml of Bact Water..then draw out about 30 on the syringe.)... sleep like a 1st grader.......but crazy stupid dreams.... lol

I take 85mcg of each.

Interesting idea. Let me lay out my schedule. I started intermittent fasting on the 16-8 schedule and my have felt great from it. That being the case I have been running as follows:

7am: Get up, inject.
8am: BCAA then workout.
9am: Home from gym, BCAA again.
12pm: Inject again. Eat 30 min after.
12-8pm: Eat enough to hit my calorie numbers for my goals.
8pm: No more food.
11pm: Last inject and to bed.
These times are mostly accurate, give or take 15 min here and there.

I had been injecting upon waking and shortly after working out as during my eating cycle there isn't 3 hours where I'm not eating and I don't want to waste an injection. I'm open to suggestions if you can think of how to get all 3 into a schedule like that, I'm flexible on everything except the morning workout is a must otherwise I won't do it. I'm even open to dropping to 2 per day if the benefits are potentially better.

I'm happy to hear your thoughts. Thank you.
