MC IGF is helping my forearm heal faster

Got some more IGF, and in the last week, my sore forearm whether tendonitis or just muscle strain, is starting to heal faster. Since it happened, I had tried to lay off to let it heal, but it wasn't making any progress. Only after applying IGF for a week now it is beginning to feel better. It amazes me time and time again. Would like to be on this stuff all year around.

Interesting. I have had a on going/chronic forearm problem. just can't seem to get it to heal. This IGF may be what I'm looking for. Are your applying it anyplace in particular?

I got on it after a growth kit I started after my pec tendon repair. I benched 315 in just under 8 weeks after surgery

I have been applying to my triceps/biceps since that's the closest muscle to the location. I've tried to apply to the forearms themselves before, but the resulting pump made it difficult to grip things which actually made it harder to train.

Thanks for the reply BigZ. I wondered about applying to the forearm directly (but can see the pump might be a problem). The triceps/biceps look like a good location to start. I have already ordered and received my IGF. In all honesty this post helped me decide to give it a go...the chronic forearm problem is holding me back and this may help me overcome it.

Yeah bro I would be very careful around all those veins in the forearm , and think maybe the bi would be a better place to apply then the forearm, but thats just my Opinion, as ive never gone to the forearm, but ive done my bicep and loved it. Good luck bro, hope it helps fast!

Damn maybe I'll try it in the arm. Got to work up the courage first. Took me forever to stick it in the gut

Lol I know the feeling bro but now its like shooting darts with my eyes closed lol
I just can't bring myself to stick an 1-1/2" 20ga in myself. it's like a mental block or something. kinda like when someone has a stroke and all of the sudden can't talk or something.
I would be careful with the forearm-lots of veins, nerves, tendons
hitting a tendon is bad news? I didn't know that. thanks

hitting a tendon wouldn't be good. any tear in a tendon takes a long time to heal, even a small one, almost no blood flow to tends which = almost no nutrition which = low O2 low red blood cells = slow recovery
