Whats the best time DURING AAS CYCLE to run IGF-1 LR3??

Alright all you IGF gurus.......

I have decided to run IGF and want to get the absolute best results from it. I know that's everyones goal, but I figured it would be better to ask in detail due to the fact that I am "always on".

So, my question is when would be the best time to incorporate the IGF into my regimen??
I am 41 yrs old. 5'9", 192 lbs and about 13-14% bf.
Lengthy cycle history with pretty much every more common compound.

Currently I blast and cruise due to a life long TRT that started almost 2 years ago.
Just started my current blast 2 weeks ago...
750 mg Test every week split every 3 days.
50mg Dbol ED and .25mg Letro ED

I'll be running the Dbol 6 weeks and the Test more like 16-20 weeks with some Masteron the last 10 weeks.....

Bring on the critics.....It's cool....

I always ran it preworkout or first thing in the morning on non-training days. You should see some insane pumps as well as added vascularity
 
Ok maybe I need to be more specific.....

When, within the scope of my blast, do I run it?? After the 6 week Dbol and before the Masteron?? Or does it really matter??
 
Depends on ur goals, some guys love it as a bridge between cycles to keep their gains and keep their muscle bellys nice full , and others use it with their supplement cycle as it has a great synergistic effect when combined with a cycle. So it doesnt matter when or how, its all up to each person what they want to get from it brutha. Ive used it alone with absolutly nothing else before a trip to Cancun and it kept me full and tight, and my avatar is an old photo of me with just using igf by itself for a couple months.

Then in my photo album you can see where i used it during a supplement run with other items and i blew up and had nice full muscle bellys, so it only matter what you wanna do bro. I apply it an hour before training, then i eat a bunch of carbs by way of oatmeal then i hit the gym feeling full and energized , and during my workout i sip on a 50/50 protien/carb drink throughout the workout, then afterward i eat some carbs and more protien,
 
Damn good feedback guys..... I'm guessing I'll just add it in at the conclusion of the Dbol to try and keep most of my Dbol gains. Should work like a damn charm considering how much I've read about IGF keeping that appetite way up there. I'll start a new thread when I get it going and go from there....Peace

And, I almost always workout at 12 or 1230 and go to work directly by 2..... How will taking the IGF affect mood/energy post application. I work in a hospital lab. Not physically demanding but mentally taxing....
