My MC IGF Review and Log

Received my IGFLR3 from MC yesterday. I will keep a log of the results. Plan on running 50mcg/daily for 50 days.

Yesterday I applied 25mcg to each bicep 1 hour pre-workout. Wow the pump was awesome. My bicep was growing another head. It was popping like I have never seen before. The skin splitting pump felt so good to. They were a little sore from the application so each set felt wonderful as if I was stretching the muscle out inside. Also the energy was phenomenal! Usually I take a pre-workout supp. Well I didn't so I could test the IGF better. All I can say is I won't be needing those pre-workout supps. I think this stuff will be amazing.

Today I will apply to stomach in the morning as it is a non-training day.

That extra bicep head is no joke. Looks weird/Feels weird, but I love it...

Wow! Leaning out after only 9 days! That's incredible.

I love the way it makes my bicep look freakish. :)
 
Man, its day 3 after smashing legs and I am just now beginning to walk right. Never had a leg session so bad.

Sick! I will try out those traps for sure. Tomorrow is chest.
 
Well I applied my IGF to chest today before workout. 25mcg a side. I got a good pump. However wouldn't say it was anything beyond what I normally get. Still felt good and energy was plentiful.

My Chest routine:

(My presses are strict controlled form touching chest) (Some guys go 2-3 inches above chest, I can do 225x8-10 doing that)

Incline BB:
135x10x2 (warm-up)
185x10
205x6
225x3

Incline DB:
80x12x3

Flat Flys DB:
40x12x3

Pec Dec Flys:
130x12x3

Incline Hammer Press:
180x10
140x15x2

ABS:
12 Sets of various weighted exercises

Tomorrow is Quads and Calves! Squats are one of my favorite exercises! I don't think I will be looking for more of a pump then I already get in my quads, so I will probably apply IGF to stomach tomorrow.

What's up brotha. Ya been busy working and all. Haven't had much too update here. I have been using 50mcg daily post workout on the stomach. Can't really notice much more difference now. But I have been eating like shit this week being so busy and all. Plus coming to last few weeks on npp/test cycle. It gets hard to notice things. I"m hoping to see some results here in the next couple weeks.

How has it been working for you??

I had a bad ass workout today! Back was still pumped from yesterdays workout! I did arms and calves today. My whole upper body was so pumped I must of been walking around with my arms sticking out a foot from my side. I was hitting my biceps and the narly vein started popping big, then my bicep started growing a new head! My muscles are starting to look freakish. Fucking loving it! haha. Love this igf!

Keep hittin it Big Man!! I'll update my log in a little bit. I hit back today!! High reps, but my damn bicep started pumpin up like I was hittin arms. lol
 
It's nice how my muscles stay full and pumped for days after a workout. I am down to the last or actually first hole on my belt. I'm outgrowing my belt. Lol. Look forward to cutting season so my veins stay popped all the time vs just when lifting.

Applied 30mcg to each pec before chest workout. Had an incredible pump! Felt like a gorilla in the gym today!

Hell Yeah Brother!! I am with ya. Are you doing high reps?? Or low reps or what?? I use a high rep range. Most of the time I dont even count my reps. I go til I cant go anymore. To Failure Always....;)
 
Generally I pyramid my reps up or down. Switch it up. For the most part I keep them between 8-12. I like to do a lot of drop sets and really fatigue my muscle.

I like to do this too or at least drop the weight and burnout. lol
