Igf pre workout vs post workout ?

I have always taken Igf pre workout. And I see that there are guys hear that say they take it post workout. Is there any benefit taking it post workout?
The reason I ask is I always take it to work with me and it's getting to the point where is hard to take it at work. And I go stright to the gym when I get off in the mornings. So I have been thinking about taking it as soon as I get home in the morning from the gym.
 
I take it pre workout as well, but have heard taking it post workout is fine. Just wait 2 hours. But, I'm sure some others will chime in here brother...

I have taken both pre and post i take post mainly beacause i leave from work and go work out also. Imop the results are the same i try to take it within 1 hour after I workout while blood is still flowing strong to help the system absorb the Igf

Read somewhere that it needs to be taken asap after a workout. That might not have been lr3 bit instead the quicker version. May want to google it. See whay u find. If I have time ill post what I read if I can find it.

its suppose to be most beneficial post workout brutha, like insulin it will help shuttle all the nutrients straight to your muscles post workout , so loading up on protien post workout is very beneficial with post workout igf, I just think a lot of guys got caught up preworkout cause again it shuttles everything to the muscles like insulin and a lot of guys take boatloads of carbs preworkout and the glycogen stores become incredible and your muscles explode while training , but i do believe its probably most beneficial post workout with protein , or like i do it which is pre workout, followed by carbs, then while in the gym training i drink a 50/50 protein / carb drink, then load up on protien straight away after training!

So yeah post workout i do believe is how Insulin Like Growth Factor-1 was intended to be used when discovered by bodybuilders originally, and this is why some guys go hypo after using it and will actually need carbs

What is your thoughts on where to apply it? Do you think applying to the muscle worked is more beneficial than just applying to the stomach?
 
Take pre and post work out. After your meals. 100 mcg in each muscle worked.
 
Ok thanks guys for the input. So I have a 20 minute drive home from the gym. I see that some take igf straight after working out and say up to a hour after working out. So if I took it 30 minutes after working out would it be beneficial for me ?

Now here's my off the wall question. I know Igf is insulin base. I believe I read where insulin shouldn't be taken before you go stright to bed. And since I work midnights I come home and eat shower and go to be after working out.

i do believe its beneficial to apply to specific muscles, and have come back from nerve damage that was suppose to be permanent according to my doctor, so i am a huge believer in applying to muscles. however i just go to the stomach now days as you still get the shuttling of nutrients effect and all the other effects you want, so i just stay there now days, but again think its great for muscle specific areas.

as mrbigz said its great pre/post as well, cant go wrong there! lol

to lightsout point about taking it close to bed, well some guys do go hypo from igf as im sure youve read on here alone, so i guess thats your call, i wouldnt dare recommend it if youve experienced your blood sugar drop before on igf ya know.
 
I'm an addict though Lol, so just start slow bro. I do 200-400 mcg a day.
 
On that note. I will stick to pre workout. I like waking up for the most part.:D

Lol don't be scared brother. If your gonna do it go big. Hit it hard then take your break. It's what the games all about breaking platues, high igf use I swear to you will tighten your body up, keep your veins popping while doing keto diet. It's all about the look and the conditioning.

I've run 1000 mcg In one day I swear I woke the next morning lean. Every one at the gym commented how much of a change I made over night and the veins on the triceps were rediculous

Not scared bro. Just trying to stay healthy and take care of my little guys. I will just keep taking it pre workout. Im pushing 40 and I just want to look good now days.

Holy shit. I wish I had an IGF tree in my back yard to use those kind of doses.

sorry but that shit had me in tears,lol, sitting at my desk literally laughing out loud !! Yeah for the most part i suppose waking up is pretty cool!
 
Damn it man!!! Trees with no seeds.....At least they come with the goods even if they're not reproducible....;)
