Every one has heard of going hypo with these drugs. It can be dangerous but the lack of understanding is what is the cause of scepticism by so many.
Understand what each one does in the body. Learn the timing each has. And learn how to combat sides immediately when notice the on set.
Your friend with these drugs is glucose. Be sure to always have orange juice pineapple juice on hand with you always, in your gym back car at home etc.
gh should be taken right before bed or early morning. Insulin fast acting (be sure to understand the spikes, timing of each) after meals 10-15 minutes depending. Igf1 take after meals per work out and post work out, no insulin needed.
1iu per 10g carbs has always been a rule of thumb but learn your body becareful some need less carbs some may need more.
Never use insulin with keto diet, unless it's lantus, no spike. Low dose 25-50iu max first thing in the morning. And still carry pineapple juice with you in case symptoms of hypo start coming on. But probably won't.
